Nuheara, Australia’s only ASX listed consumer wearables technology company, was recognized as an Innovation leader in San Francisco on Saturday night.
Nuheara Wins Innovation Award in San Francisco at Australia Day Celebration
Nuheara was proud to win the Company Innovation Award at the Australian American Chamber of Commerce Australia Day celebration in San Francisco on Saturday night.
Nuheara Executive Director and Co-founder David Cannington was presented with the award by the Hon. Craig Laundy, Assistant Minister of Industry, Innovation and Science, on stage in front of over 460 people at the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel.
According to Craig Laundy, a member of the House of Representatives for Reid, New South Wales:
“Nuheara shows how an Australian technology startup can leverage a partnership with a leading Australian research organization to commercialize cutting edge technologies that solve real world problems and earn a place in global markets.”
Commenting on winning the Innovation Award, David Cannington said,“It was a great honor to be recognized by our peers within the technology community in San Francisco. It’s another step towards Nuheara being considered a leading global Australian technology company.”
This is the 4th Award Nuheara has received in the last three weeks coming off a very successful Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas just a few weeks ago.
