If for any reason you decide you would like to cancel your IQbuds™ pre-order, email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the refund process. If the request is within 45 days of initial pre-order, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment. If it is past the 45 day period, we will email you instructions on how to initiate the refund process.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we would like to have the opportunity to make it right. We offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all new products and a 15-day return policy on Manufacturer Refurbished items, as well as a 1-year warranty that covers defects in manufacturing.
We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from nuheara.com and a copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than nuheara.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
Nuheara will provide a refund for the cost of the Product, not including any shipping charges, provided you return the Product in new condition and with the original casing and packaging.
Follow these steps to obtain a refund or replacement for a Product purchased from our Site in accordance with this return policy:
1. Email email@example.com to initiate the return process and submit your return request. We will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label. An RMA is only valid for 14 days after issuance.
2. Pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. Be sure to include the RMA number in the packaging. The Product(s) you are returning is your responsibility until reaching our returns center. We recommend you retain proof of postage for your records.
3. Once the Product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
- We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Nuheara. Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We can only make exchanges for the exact same item(s) originally purchased. We will not exchange your purchase for other items.
