The IQbuds and the Oto tinnitus bundle together have changed my life.
I’ve stopped seeing tinnitus as a problem. I’m now seeing it as something that can be controlled. And being able to manage it is what I’ve been looking for for a long time. My tinnitus started about 30 years ago after an accident. It left me with a high pitched constant ringing in my left ear. An audiologist simply suggested hearing aids. The hearing aids helped with the hearing side of things, but it didn’t stop the tinnitus. When I saw the TV ad for the Nuheara IQbuds, they came bundled with the tinnitus solution. So I decided to give it a try.
With Oto, it allowed me to manage my tinnitus so much better. A, I now understand what tinnitus is. And B, I can give my brain some relief. I find the daily therapy, which is CBT based, to be very useful. Learning to breathe in a relaxing way is very helpful. And that is something I do every day. And the sound schemes that come with the App are very soothing and relaxing. It complements what the IQbuds do.
The IQbuds MAX are brilliant. They are a total hearing solution for anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss. The Ear ID is fantastic. I’ve been able to match what my hearing aids were giving me. But it’s having the ability to set different soundscapes within your audible range. The sound quality when streaming is fantastic. They’re comfortable to wear. I actually don’t know how I managed before I had them.
The bundle of the IQbuds and the Oto tinnitus App, I can’t stop raving about them enough because they’ve given me back control of the audible world. And that’s something I’ve not had before in my life. It’s been such a major and positive change having them. I’m very, very happy I saw that ad.
